Mr. Rajesh Nahar, aged 47 years, is Chairman cum Managing
Director and also the Promoter of our Company. He holds a
Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing). He was appointed
on the Board on June 07, 2001 and further designated as Chairman
cum Managing Director on September 23, 2023 for a period of 5
years, not liable to retire by rotation. With 22 years of
experience in the Company, he has been instrumental in taking
major policy decisions, formulating business strategies and
driving their effective implementation. He is responsible for
the expansion and overall management of the business, and his
vision of doing business with ethics while keeping pace with the
latest developments and management practices has helped deliver
overall growth for the Company.

Mr. Ritesh Katariya
Whole-Time Director · Promoter

Mr. Ritesh Katariya, aged 47 years, is the Whole-Time Director
and also a Promoter of our Company. He holds a Certificate
Programme in Strategic Retail Management and a Diploma in
Business Administration. He was originally appointed on the
Board on June 06, 2001 and further designated as Whole-Time
Director w.e.f. September 23, 2023. He has 22 years of
experience in the Company and brings expertise in market
research, people management and team leading, which has
supported the overall development of the Company.

Mr. K Naresh Kumar
Non-Executive Director
On board since November 07, 2014
Mr. K Naresh Kumar, aged 54 years, is a Non-Executive Director
of our Company, originally appointed on the Board on November
07, 2014. He has worked as an IT Analyst at TATA Consultancy
Services Limited. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering
and has cumulative experience of 23 years, including capital
market consulting across investment banking, risk management,
trading and compliance, with consulting experience in leading
European, American, Latin American and Asian markets.

Mr. Rajagopalachari Murali
Independent Director
Appointed w.e.f. September 26, 2023
Mr. Rajagopalachari Murali, aged 59 years, is an Independent
Director of our Company, appointed w.e.f. September 26, 2023. He
holds a Masters of Business Administration and has worked as
Vice President – Corporate Finance with Unifi Wealth Management
Limited, with 15 years of experience in the same. His experience
in mergers & acquisitions and fund raising spans a diverse
spectrum, ranging from automotive, hospitality, healthcare and
real estate to technology and e-commerce, while meticulously
addressing both risk and growth considerations.

Ms. Riya Jain

Ms. Riya Jain, aged 28 years, is an Independent Director of our
Company, appointed w.e.f. September 26, 2023. She holds a degree
in Bachelor of Business Administration and is the founder of
Namo Padmavati, a business process outsourcing solutions firm.
